Genevieve, my bike box. Trapezoid in shape. Google trapezoid. The manufacturer is B & W International. I'm working on a price. I believe Tim Hatch also has the same Bike Box. Personally I love it.
By the way, a little note from Mark Harrison and I, we LOVE Westjet!!!!! Why do we love Westjet? Because Westjet doesn't charge for your bike box. All you have to do is flash your "good-looking guy discount card" [ LOL ok, that's a bad joke].

Ouch...for those of us that work for Air Canada..(I can't imagine what we charge! ;)
Question: Their website says no charge, but the lady on the phone says the agents at the airport get to decide if they charge a $50 fee for the bike. Do you know if it depends on the size of the package once you have the bike packed? Should I get it as compact as possible? Thanks for your time.
